He was born in Honokaa, HI. He was a Heavy Equipment Operator with Goodfellow Bros. Construction. He was also a member of Honokaa Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Hamakua Young Farmers, and the HK Senior Softball League. Friends may call at the Honokaa Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church on Saturday, March 14, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:45 AM, where a Memorial Mass will be held at 10:00 AM, followed by urn committal in the church cemetery. The family requests casual attire. He is survived by his: Wife, Alvera Camara of Honokaa, HI; Sons, Willie-Joe (Laura) Camara of Kalopa, Wilton-Jon (Bernelle) Camara of Kohala and Waylon-Jim (Janeen) Camara of Ahualoa; Daughter, Milette (Shane) Hoopai of Kalopa; Sister, Marlene Kinney of California; Brother-in-law, Alvin (Helen) Baptiste of Idaho; nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
