Mildred Louvenia Jones Music

Mildred Louvenia Jones Music, age 85, of Bonifay, Florida, passed away on March 9, 2026, at HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital in Panama City, Florida. Born on April 9, 1940, in Wauchula, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Harrison C. Jones and Hazel Dailey Jones.

Mildred was a kind and giving soul who spent her life helping others. She found deep joy in small acts of service that brightened the lives of those around her. She had a special talent for crafting crosses, which she lovingly made and gave away as gifts, each one a reflection of her strong Christian faith and her desire to encourage others. Above all, she held a profound love for her animals and cared for them with unwavering devotion.

She was preceded in death by two children, Karen Parris and Aaron Music, two siblings, Melvin Jones and Bettie Sue Blow, and one great-grandchild, Mica O'Neal.

Mildred is survived by her three children, Sharon O'Neal Myers of Pennsylvania, James W. Music and wife Rhonda of Elmendorf, Texas, and Christina Lynch of Fayetteville, North Carolina; one sister, Jane Isaac of Georgia; three grandchildren, Shey Music, Kristi O'Neal, and Dondi Powell; and several great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
