Mildred Elizabeth “Betty” (Bruning) Vincent, a longtime resident of Revere, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on March 11, 2026, at the age of 99. Born on June 17, 1926, in Medford, Massachusetts, she lived a full life centered on her family, friends, and community.

Betty worked for more than 25 years as a receptionist at the Gaulin Corporation before retiring. Earlier in her career, she held leadership positions in the hospitality industry, serving as head of housekeeping at the Charter House in Lynn and later as assistant manager when the hotel became the Harbor House. Known to loved ones as Millie or Betty, she enjoyed spending time with family and friends, caring for her cats, dining out, and savoring a whiskey and water while sharing lively conversation. She also loved to travel, often with coworkers and fellow members of the Revere Moose Lodge, where she formed many lasting friendships.

She was predeceased by her husband, Gilbert “Vinny” Vincent; her son, Danny (Douglas) Vincent; her son-in-law, Ronald O’Connor; and her grandson, John O’Connor. She is survived by her children, Richard Vincent and his wife RoseLee, Georganne O’Connor, and Bethanne Cardarelli and her husband Joseph. She also leaves behind her grandchildren, Scott Vincent and his wife Tammy, Wendy Fox and her partner Gina, Chad Vincent and his wife Lori, Robin Ginsberg and her husband Bruce, Heather Kent and her husband Shane, Noelle Cardarelli and her wife Kerri, and Joseph Cardarelli and his fiancée Gianna, as well as her great-grandchildren, Hallie, Max, Ben, Sam, Z, Brooke, Sadie, Drew, and Blake. She is also survived by many cousins, especially those from New Hampshire, with whom she shared warm and special connections.

Betty’s warmth, vibrant spirit, and steadfast presence touched everyone who knew her. Her memory will continue to bring comfort to the many lives she graced over nearly a century.
