Mike Settlemoir

Mike Settlemoir, born on September 22, 1954, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2026.

An avid pool player, Mike found joy and companionship in many friendly games and cherished the moments spent at the table. His appreciation for a good Crown and Coke was well known among friends. Yet, above all else, Mike treasured the time he spent with his grandson, Declan. He also loved playing cards and would try and beat anyone at the game. Those special moments brought happiness into his life and were a source of great pride.

Mike’s outgoing nature meant he was rarely without company and enjoyed visiting with his friends, sharing stories and creating memories that will be fondly remembered.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Leona Settlemoir; brothers, Donnie Ray Settlemoir, Mark Settlemoir, Gary Settlemoir; sister, Carletta Settlemoir.

Survivors include his significant other, Jackie Coleman; sons, Janssen Settlemoir and Tyler Coleman (Chelsy); stepson, Shawn Dowdy; daughter, Micah Settlemoir; and grandson, Declan Coleman; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to honor Mike’s memory at a visitation on March 21, 2026. The gathering will take place from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home.
