Born in Santa Clara, CA, he was a son of the late James Raymond Marciniak and Peggy Lee Presley Marciniak.Mike was a jokester, always making people laugh. He enjoyed playing cards, watching movies, and playing darts. Travel became a big part of his life following his retirement. He and Sandy enjoyed taking cruises together. Mike loved visiting Atlantic City and Las Vegas. They traveled in an RV for a year, seeing all parts of the country before settling in Simpsonville, SC. Mike also loved his dogs, Tara and Jax, whom he cared for deeply and spent much of his time with.Mike is survived by his three children, Justine Marciniak, Michael Marciniak with wife Alexandria, and Christopher Marciniak; Sandy's two sons, Aaron Garcia and Isacc Garcia; six grandchildren, Alexander, Jayde, Colten, Natalie, Phoenix, and Freya; and a brother, Rick Marciniak with wife Stacia.A celebration of Mike's life will be held in Minnesota, to be announced when plans are finalized.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
