It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mike Maldonado of Vernon, Texas, who passed away on March 7, 2026, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Helen; and his brother Jesse. He is survived by: his wife Lee Ann Maldonado; his sons, Justin Maldonado (Brooklyn) of Vernon and Seph Maldonado (Jason) of Vernon; his siblings, Chano Maldonado of Vernon, David Maldonado of Vernon, Regina Nava of Vernon, Margie Maldonado of San Antonio, Marie Garcia of San Antonio and Michelle Ploch of Dallas; and his grandchildren, Claudia Maldonado of Vernon, Texas., Isiah, Nicholas, Mikal, Abriella, Corinda, Carlyn, Tony, Amia, Amelia and Marcelino.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sullivan Funeral Home Chapel (1801 Houston St, Vernon, TX 76384).
