Sedalia, MO

Mickey Adell Snider, 69, of Sedalia, Missouri, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026, at Bothwell Regional Health Center in Sedalia. She was born on November 5, 1956, in Sedalia, the daughter of Raymond Hays and Sarah Pearl (Moore) Hays, who preceded her in death.

On June 30, 1996, in Sedalia, she was united in marriage to Everett Snider, who survives at the home.

Mickey attended Smith-Cotton High School and later earned her GED after the birth of her daughter. Determined to continue her education, she attended State Fair Community College, where she graduated in 1996 with an Associate's Degree in Business. Mickey worked as a supervisor at Center for Human Services in Sedalia for four years. She later worked at Four Seasons Living Center, where she greatly enjoyed caring for and helping the residents.

Mickey had a love for going to auctions and flea markets and always enjoyed the thrill of finding something special. She especially loved spending time with her family and friends. Christmas was her favorite holiday, and she found great joy in welcoming family into her home, preparing food, and making sure everyone who came received a present. She also loved the outdoors and enjoyed going on side-by-side adventures with her husband, Everett, and their many friends. Mickey will be remembered for her strong personality, determined spirit, and the love she had for those closest to her.

In addition to her husband, Everett, survivors include her daughter, Misty Harrington (Mitch) of Otterville, Missouri; six grandchildren, William (Callie), Dakota, Austin, Dustin (Julie), Dillon, and Morgan; bonus grandson, Alan Mueller; nine great-grandchildren, Christian, Alexander, Aurelia, Connor, Ari, Lilly, Grayson, Illa, and Charlotte; two nieces, Leslie Stephenson (Brent) and Tammy Waltemeyer; and one nephew, Don Waltemeyer.

In addition to her parents, Mickey was preceded in death by her brother, Raymond "Butch" Hays, and her sister, Debbie Waltemeyer.

A celebration of life will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026, at Rea Funeral Chapel.
