Michelle Stapleton

Michelle Stapleton a loving and generous soul, passed away on March 3, 2026, in her hometown of Columbus, Ohio. Born on April 9, 1970, Michelle was well-known for her friendly nature and her willingness to help others. She had a kind heart and was a reliable friend to many who were fortunate enough to know her.

Michelle had a deep passion for life that extended to her interests. She was an avid supporter of The Ohio State Buckeyes and enjoyed spending her time with her beloved dog, Novi. She also had a habit of unwinding by watching television, often sharing those moments with family and friends.

She leaves behind her loving parents, Jennifer (Ron) Lawler, and her cherished grandmother, Barbara Street. Michelle is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and extended family, who remember her as a wonderful presence in their lives.

Michelle was preceded in death by her father, Pete Stapleton, and her son, Sly Jr., who are dearly missed.

A celebration of Michelle's life will be held at a later date, honoring the beautiful spirit she shared with everyone around her. She will be remembered for her kindness and the joy she brought into the lives of others.
