Michelle Shibby Welebob, 52, of Wilkes-Barre Township, died on March 10, 2026.
She is survived by her partner, Jen Goman.
Shibby lived a life grounded in quiet strength and deep devotion to those she loved. She shared a meaningful and loving relationship with Jen, who remained by her side through the years.
