Michelle Lobbestael ObituaryVisit the Eineder Funeral Home - Manchester Chapel website to view the full obituary.Michelle Jean-Alber Lobbestael, 58, from Manchester, MI, unexpectedly passed away on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at her home. A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2026, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m., at the Manchester Sportsman Club: 8501 Grossman Road, Manchester, MI.Michelle was born on March 12, 1968, in Tecumseh, MI, to Brian and Deborah (Steele) Alber. She graduated from Manchester High School in 1986. Michelle operated a daycare center out of her home, which she absolutely loved with a passion. She also worked at the Back Door Party Store, where everyone knew her. Michelle would assist her mother's cleaning business, which she enjoyed doing. She loved crafting, especially for others, and she loved music; singing, dancing and just listening. Michelle loved animals, as well, and named them after her favorite rock n' roll artists, like her cat, Ozzy Osbourne. Most of all, she loved her grandkids. She had a distinctive personality, who did what she wanted and didn't care what other's thought of her. Michelle would do those quirky things, that made her a unique individual. She dressed up as Boy George in High School and would often wear silly clothes and glasses, whatever gave her joy. Michelle will be remembered as a loving, fun and eccentric person, who will sorely be missed by all who knew and loved her.Michelle will be missed by her children, Daniel, Alexandra, Austin and Samuel; her mother, Deborah; her siblings, Carrie Neff (Julie Curtis) and Stephen (Jennifer) Alber; her several grandchildren, with a special closeness to Amelia and Blaire; special friend, David Black; many nieces and nephews; many extended family members and friends. She is preceded in death by her father, Brian.Memorial contributions may be given to the family for future designation.
