He was predeceased by: his father William Wagstaff. He is survived by: his mother Roslyn Wagstaff; his brother Jonathan Wagstaff; his aunts, Marilyn and Kathy; his uncle Johnny; and his sibling's children, Devan, Brody, Luca Wagstaff and Gianna Wagstaff.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Compassionate Funeral Care (402 Maple Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
