He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Topp and Ethel Topp; his wife Christine; his children, Michelle (Tonny) of Loon and Andrew (Christina) of Freeport, Florida.; and his grandchildren, Caitlin, Cassandra, Twan, Kinley and Caleb.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Clary-Glenn Freeport Chapel Funeral Home (150 FL-20, Freeport, FL 32439).
