Michael Kyle McGlone

Michael Kyle McGlone, 52, of Grayson, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, March 10, 2026. Born on October 7, 1973, in Ashland, Kentucky, he was the son of the late Michael Lynn McGlone and Karolyn Jean Waggoner Roe.

A proud 1991 graduate of East Carter High School, Michael enlisted in the United States Army shortly afterward. He served honorably from 1991 to 1994, embodying courage and commitment that remained a source of deep pride for him and his loved ones. After his military service, he worked as a production associate at Toyota of Georgetown and later in various roles throughout the Grayson area.

Michael is survived by his son, Dalton Matthew McGlone and his wife Casey of Louisville; his granddaughter, Nicole Maeve McGlone; his sister, Rebecca Lynn McGlone and her husband Joseph Leamon of Grayson; and his aunts, Brenda McGlone Simpson, with whom he made his home, and Rita Gibson of Ohio. He will be remembered for his devotion to his family, his faithful service to his country, and the quiet strength he carried throughout his life. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
