Michael Joseph Ciunci

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael Joseph Ciunci of West Chester, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 27, 2026 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid Michael farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Michael is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Benjamin J. Ciunci and Jeanette Ciunci; his wife Jackie (Summers); his sons, Christopher (Christine) and Michael (Danielle); and his grandchildren, Elizabeth and Christopher. He was also cherished by many extended family members and friends.

Viewing was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Mauger-Givnish Funeral Home (24 Monument Ave, Malvern, PA 19355). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Church (104 Channing Ave, Malvern, PA 19355). A burial was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery (1600 S Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA 19064).
