Waters, 68, of Riverview, Florida passed away peacefully at home of natural causes on Thursday March 4, 2026. Mike was born in Ancon, Canal Zone, Panama; the son of the late John M. Waters and Mildred Croker Waters. He grew up in Gamboa, Canal Zone as a free spirit in a land of beauty and filled with childhood adventure. Later, moving to Miami, FL and then to Nashua, NH.Prior to his retirement, Mike had been employed as a supervisor at the Aviation Authority, Hillsborough County for many years. He enjoyed the camaraderie found there among such great people and continued dear friendships long after retirement.Mike is survived by his sister, Susan Waters Eytalis and brother-in-law, Joseph Eytalis of The Villages, FL. He is also survived by his two nephews and their families:Joseph Eytalis, III, and wife Paige (Simmons) Eytalis of Fayetteville, GABenjamin Eytalis, and wife Carrie (Kizer) Eytalis of Riverview, FLGrand nieces and nephews, Madison, Samantha, Dana, Maxwell and OliverMike was predeceased by his parents, as well as his eldest sister, Patricia Waters Ryan.SERVICES: Graveside Services will be privately held on a future date at the family burial plot in Edgewood Cemetery, Nashua, NHTo plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
