He was born on October 24, 1975 in Portsmouth,New Hampshire. He was a loving son of George and Roberta MacKenzie of Hampton,N.H. , the youngest of their 3 children. He graduated from Winnacunnet High School of Hampton N.H. and spent most of his working life in retail until his illness kept him at home.He spent his happiest moments with his son Parker. They shared a love of video games &Lego and spent many happy hours together with their hobbies. Gaming was his way of connecting with his friends and his online community.Michael was also blessed with a beautiful voice that he loved to share with his musical friends from high school when they would get together for Karaoke.Mike fought hard to live his life and fight the battle his illness was waging, and through it all his never lost his sense of humor. He was weak,but he was strong.He is survived by his mother Roberta MacKenzie Coffey his stepfather Joseph Coffey of Brentwood,N.H.,his brother Steven Mackenzie and his wife Amy, of Hubert, North Carolina,his sister Cindy Collins and her husband Andy of Exeter, N. H. , his son Parker Mackenzie and his son's mother Crystal MacKenzie, with whom he shared his son and a loving bond of mutual respect and co-parenting, his stepbrother Christopher Coffey and his wife Robin of Lebenon,Maine, his stepsister Pamela Baker of Hampton, N.H.,his niece Jessica MacKenzie of Manchester, and several cousins.He was predeceased by his father, George MacKenzie of Hampton, N.H. and his stepbrother William Coffey of North Hampton N.H.A private burial service will be held at a later date.Michael you are loved beyond measure.
