Born on September 2, 1980, in Cleveland, Ohio, Michael was a cherished son, brother, father, and friend whose presence touched the lives of all who knew him.Michael was the beloved son of Michael and Donna Kaminski, who survive him. He also leaves behind his dear sister, Angela Hohm, and her husband Jason, as well as his treasured children, Carson, Nolan, and Elise, who were the light of his life. Additionally, Michael is survived by his aunt, Gloria Jean Hilliard, who held a special place in his heart. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Francis J. and Harriet Kaminski, and Eleanor Spellacy, whose memories he cherished deeply.A proud alumnus, Michael earned his Bachelor's Degree, laying the foundation for a successful career as a project manager in the electrical engineering industry. His professional journey was marked by dedication, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. Michael's colleagues and clients knew him as a consummate professional, but more importantly, as a man of integrity and kindness.Michael served his country with honor and distinction as a member of the United States Marines during the Iraqi War, stationed in the beautiful landscapes of Hawaii. His service was a testament to his unwavering dedication to his country, and he carried the values of duty and honor throughout his life. Michael's commitment to service extended beyond his military career as he participated annually in the Toys For Tots program, bringing joy to countless children during the Christmas season.A man of many passions, Michael found joy in the tranquility of nature. He was an avid golfer, often spending peaceful hours on the course, and he delighted in taking his children fishing in the nearby lakes and ponds. These simple pleasures were where he found solace and happiness, sharing laughter and creating cherished memories with those he loved most.Friends and family are invited to celebrate Michael's Mass of Christian Burial on March 10, 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Peter's Catholic Church, located at 35777 Center Ridge Rd, North Ridgeville, OH 44039. We will gather to honor a life well-lived, and to find comfort in our shared loss, and assist him with our prayers. His body will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brookpark, OH immediately following mass.Though he has left this world, Michael Francis Kaminski Jr.'s spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His legacy of love, service, and kindness will continue to inspire us and guide us through our own journeys. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
