Michael Edward Summers

In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Michael leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Michael may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Summers and Wanda Summers (Brown); and his sister Renee Summers. He is survived by: his wife Susan Summers (Crocker); his children, Lee Michael Summers of Columbus, IN and Kimberly Kristen Summers of Sesser; his grandchildren, Cade Summers, Adalyn Summers, Brant Summers and Sophia Lewis; and his siblings, Charlotte Huntman (Mike) of Mt Vernon and Doug Summers (Angie) of Nason.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (5422 Church St, Sesser, IL 62884).
