Denham Springs, LA
Michael E. LeBlanc, 82, of Denham Springs, Louisiana, passed away on March 14, 2026.
He was born on November 26, 1943, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, to Elvin Edward LeBlanc and Louella Inez LeBlanc, both of whom preceded him in death. Michael was a proud graduate of Woodlawn High School, a devoted Marine, and later worked as an operator and truck driver until his retirement.
Michael spent his final days surrounded by the love of many friends and family, and he passed peacefully with his loving wife, Rachel LeBlanc, right by his side.
He is preceded in death by his father, Elvin Edward LeBlanc; his mother, Louella Inez LeBlanc; his brother, Troy Edward LeBlanc; and his great-granddaughter, Laila Noel Vicknair.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Rachel LeBlanc; his daughters, Lisa Hines, Sissy Perrilloux, Kelly Vicknair, Brandy Nevels, and Bambi Crowson; and his siblings, Donnie Fisher, Yvonne Ropollo, James Warren LeBlanc, Penny Thornhill, and Cindy Leslie. He also leaves behind 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren who will continue to carry on his legacy.
More than anything, Michael will be remembered for the way he lived his life and loved others. He was truly one of the godliest men his family knew - a man of deep faith who lived out his beliefs daily. He would do anything for anyone, always putting others before himself without hesitation. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was known as a jokester, bringing laughter to those around him. Many looked up to him for his strength, kindness, and the genuine way he treated everyone he met. He was the kind of man who would give you the shirt off his back without a second thought. His life was a reflection of faith, love, and selflessness, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 20th, 2026, from 12:00 PM to 2:30 PM at Christ’s Community Church in Denham Springs, Louisiana.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Bridgeway Healthcare and Hospice, Christ’s Community Church, and all friends and family who have supported and uplifted them during this difficult time.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made directly to his wife, Rachel LeBlanc, to assist with expenses.
