Born in Phoenix, Arizona, on March 20, 1947, Mike was a man who lived with a grit and authenticity that defined his generation.Mike was a "man's man" through and through. He found his greatest peace and purpose in the outdoors, whether he was hunting, trapping, or working the land as a cowboy. He was a man of action who never shied away from a challenge or a good bar fight, but he also knew how to celebrate the life he worked so hard for. Mike loved to dance, loved to laugh, and was always the heart of a good time. His presence was a constant reminder to live life at full throttle.Mike's greatest legacy is the large, loving family he leaves behind. He is survived by his beloved wife, Paula Seidel, who stood by his side through life's many adventures. He is also survived by his daughters, Shannon Seidel and Heather Nicole Davis; his sons, Shawn Eugene Davis and wife Shelly, Joshua Eric Davis and wife Steevie, Nathan Daniel Seidel and Seth Williams Seidel; and his stepsons, Ryan Curella and wife Debora and Garry Curella and wife Ashley. His legacy continues through his sister, Deana Croft, as well as 14 grandchildren, 11 step-grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren.Mike now joins those who passed before him, including his parents, Elmer Daniel Seidel and Jennie Arzella Thompson; his sister, Barbara Haggard; his stepdaughter, Jessica Roberds; and his grandsons, Blake Eugene Davis and Brett Roberds.Mike Seidel was a man who didn't just inhabit the world; he shook it. He will be remembered for his strength, his wild spirit, and the deep love he had for those lucky enough to call him family. To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
