Michael Berrie Harvey

Michael Berrie Harvey, 36, of Beech Island, South Carolina, passed away on March 9, 2026. Born on January 3, 1990, to William and Mary Berrie Daniels (née Harvey), Michael graduated from South Aiken High School, where he became the 2008 State weightlifting champion in the 220-pound class.

An avid outdoorsman, he found joy in hunting, fishing, and working on boat motors. At home, he cherished quiet moments with his wife Jessica and their three children, Jayse, Jayden, and Jared, as well as the family’s beloved animals. Above all, Michael was a devoted husband and father, the steadfast foundation of his family. His love for them was evident to everyone who knew him, and he remained a hero in the eyes of his wife and children.

A hardworking blue-collar man, Michael greeted the world with an open heart and never met a stranger. He was quick to help others, often giving whatever he had without hesitation. His playful, goofy sense of humor brought laughter and light to his family and friends, leaving them smiling through tears.

Preceded in death by his father, William Harvey, Michael is survived by his wife, Jessica; daughters Jayse and Jayden; son Jared; mother Mary Daniels; brother Shawn Harvey and his wife Britney; sister Hope Cornelius; nieces Bailee, Graicee, and Ember; nephew Eros; several aunts and uncles; and many dear friends.
