Michael Anthony West, 61, of Sunbury, passed away on Friday, March 6th at his home. Born on December 14, 1964 in Hampton, Virginia, he was the son of the late Louis and Bonnie Wrenn West.
A skilled fabricator and engineer with Massimo-Zanetti Beverage, Michael found joy in racing, camping, and quietly helping others whenever he could. His steady presence and generous spirit left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Tammy Hemmis West; his son, Cory Anthony West of Sunbury; his sister, Melody Stark of Corapeake; his step-father, Donnie Alford of Corapeake; his step-mother, Clara West; his half-brother, Kevin West; his father-in-law, Lyle Hemmis; and many nieces and nephews who will cherish his memory.
