She is survived by: her mother Patricia Reca Henry; her husband James Adkins of Wayne; her daughters, Brianna Tanner (Marcus) of Lavalette, WV, Shiann Reca (Brian Avila) of Lavalette, WV, Hayley Tanner of Columbus, OH and Kayla Steinmetz of Akron, OH; her sisters, Megan Steinkerchner (John) of Wadsworth, OH and Heather Reed of Painsville, OH; her parents-in-law, Patricia Stoflinsky and Dave Adkins (Sue); her close friend Nick Adams; and her grandchildren, Delilah, Rowan and Ember.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Community Memorial Gardens (220 Cemetery Rd, Wayne, WV 25570).
