Melinda Lemons Welch

Melinda Lemons Welch, born on November 13, 1973, in Fort Worth, Texas, passed away on March 10, 2026. She was the beloved daughter of Herman and Linda Lemons and brought joy and warmth to everyone who knew her.

Melinda is survived by her sons, Wesley Welch and his wife Whitney, and Kevin Burgess and his wife Renee. She cherished every moment spent with them and especially treasured her grandchildren, Paiton Welch, Beckett Welch, Maizie Burgess, Kale White, and Averie White. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of her family, with whom she shared countless memories and laughter. She is also remembered by her brothers, Gene Mooney and Curtis Mooney, who will always hold dear the memories of their sister.

Melinda was preceded in death by her son P.J., with whom she is now reunited in peace.

Her kindness and deep love for her family and friends will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
