It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melba Balanag Cables (Avondale, Arizona), who passed away on February 28, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

A prayer will be held on Friday, March 27th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Thoas Aquinas Catholic Church (13720 W Thomas Rd, Avondale, AZ 85392). The inurnment will be held on Friday, March 27th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona (2929 E Pinnacle Peak Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024).
