MAURICE A. AUBUCHON

Maurice A. Aubuchon was born on March 9, 1949, and passed away peacefully on March 13, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family. He will be remembered for his steady presence, his kindness, and the deep love he had for those closest to him.

Maurice was the devoted husband of his beloved wife, Lorraine. Together they built a life centered on family, loyalty, and unwavering support for one another. He was a proud and loving father to his children: Mathieu Aubuchon and his wife, Kristin, Nicole Aubuchon and her fiancé, Leo, Molly Bossi and her husband, Tony, Tara Groff and her husband, Michael, Paul Lindholm and his wife, Nicole, and Emily Aubuchon and her fiancé, Malcolm. One of Maurice’s greatest joys was being a grandfather to his cherished grandchildren: Brady, Sawyer, AJ, Addison, Keaton, Jaxon, Will, and Emma, who brought him immense pride and happiness.

Maurice was a loving brother to his sisters, Suzanne, who predeceased him, Elaine, and Lise. The bond they shared remained an important part of his life, filled with lifelong memories, support, and affection. An accomplished athlete, he played rugby while attending Boston College and carried his love of sport and competition throughout his life. He completed multiple Boston Marathons and proudly participated in six Pan-Mass Challenge rides, raising funds to support cancer research and care.

Maurice will be remembered for the love he gave so freely to his family and friends, as well as for his determination, generosity, and quiet strength. His legacy lives on in the many lives he touched and in the strong, caring family he helped build. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.
