Matt was born on September 28, 1973, son of Marsha (Keller) and Ronald Allen Stover. He attended the State College Area School District. Prior to being diagnosed with glioblastoma in 2024, he was employed at Centre Concrete.On July 25, 2009, Matt married Nicole Rowe. Together they raised their children Jacob and Zoey, as well as his stepson Kyle Rawlings (Emily and their children Sienna and Stevie). Being a father meant everything to Matt, and he cherished each child with his whole heart. He is survived by his brother, Kenny (Crystal Morgan), and sister, Lisa (Chris) Stathes: and their children Kendall, Matilyn and Talan Stathes. Other surviving family members include aunts and uncles- Sharon Grenoble (Steve), Richard Stover, Denny Miller, Marilyn Byers (Gary), and Eddie Mehalick, and numerous cousins. Relatives who preceded Matt in death were his grandparents - Kenneth and Mae Stover and William and Shirley Keller, as well as his aunts and uncle - Robert Stover, Cindy Miller, Mel Mehalick, and Missie Jodon.One of Matt's greatest loves was his family - both immediate and extended. He was always ready to gather, usually becoming the life of the party.
