MaryAnn Barrett

MaryAnn Barrett, née Ghanayem, passed away on March 4, 2026, at the age of 83. Born in Runnemede, New Jersey, she spent her later years in Blackwood, New Jersey.

She was a devoted mother to Stacey Baker and her husband Mark, and Scott Barrett and his wife Barbara. She was a cherished grandmother to Alexandra, Taylor, Mason, Brooke, and Nicolas, and an adoring great-grandmother to Sophia and Alivia. MaryAnn was the loving daughter of the late Mousa and Nimeh (née Saah) Ghanayem, and the dear sister of the late Fred, Sam, and Liz. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

MaryAnn retired as an administrative assistant at Subaru of Cherry Hill. She found joy in attending church services, bowling, cheering for Philadelphia sports teams, gardening, and spending time at the Jersey shore. Above all, she treasured the moments spent with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
