She was predeceased by: her son Michael Robert; her parents, John R Droege and Mary Droege (Jones); her brother John J Droege; and her nephew John Patrick Droege.

She is survived by: her husband Don Haney; her children, John, Tom (Sherry) and Hillery; her grandchildren, Julia and Valen McDaniel; and her sister-in-law Catherine Haney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 18th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul the Apostle Church (2750 Burton St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, March 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, March 18th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Cascade Trails Senior Living (1221 Spaulding Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49546).
