She is survived by: her husband Charles Stanley Leonard; her children, Jeffrey Leonard (Amy) and Niki Leonard; her sister Rebecca Langley; her grandchildren, Morgan Adams (Shelby), Madison Farabee, Peyton Blevins, Isaac Leonard and Jacob Leonard; and her great grandchildren, Starlah Adams, Rylan Adams, Brentley Leonard, Layla Leonard, Mileah Leonard and Clayton Black.

A memorial service was held on Sunday, March 8th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Life Impact Church of Winston-Salem (5090 S Main St, Winston-Salem, NC 27107).
