MARY FRATOE ObituaryObituary published on Legacy.com by McGorray-Hanna Funeral Homes of Westlake on Mar. 17, 2026.Mary Louise (Mollie) Fratoe, age 38, of Rocky River passed away unexpectedly on March 13, 2026, surrounded by her family. Mollie will be dearly missed and always remembered for the sweet loving person she was.Mollie is survived by her uncle Joseph (Stephanie) Fratoe and her aunt, Julie Fratoe, cousins Zachary Stauder (fiancé Brittany Marvin) and Lauren Stauder, along with a host of extended family and friends.Mollie was special in so many ways and had a remarkable gift for always seeing the good in people. To know Mollie was to love her. Mollie grew up in Lakewood and Rocky River. She was a 2006 graduate of Rocky River High School.She was a proud participant of the Special Olympics and found great joy in performing with the Svette Signers theatrical group. Mollie loved to travel with her mom and aunt, and she especially loved going on cruises. She loved being out and about, shopping and collecting keepsakes from places she had been.She received services from Welcome House, where she developed a close and meaningful relationship with staff member, Becky Brown. She was blessed with many longtime friends, including Tasha and Madonna, as well as her boyfriend, Tim, whom she adored. Mollie had a special connection with her pets, and had a loving bond with her dog, Augie.Mollie was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Mary Kay Fratoe, her grandparents Joseph and Mary Theresa Fratoe and other relatives.Mollie's memory will be a blessing to all who knew her.Friends may call on Tuesday, March 24 from 4p- 7p at The McGorray-Hanna Funeral Home of Westlake; 25620 Center Ridge Rd, (west of Columbia) Westlake, OH 44145.
