Mary Lou Hudock

Mary Lou Hudock, 83, of Champion, Ohio, formerly of Southington, Ohio, passed away on March 13, 2026, at St. Joseph Warren Hospital. Born on March 13, 1943, in Warren, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Harold Smith and Jeanette (VanGorder) Smith.

A graduate of Chalker High School, Mary Lou found joy in horseback riding, swimming, flower gardening, and playing board games. Above all, she cherished the time spent with her family and friends, where her warmth and presence left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.

She is survived by her daughter, Jody (Nick) Brown; grandson, David Brown; and great-grandson, Logan Brown. In addition to her parents, Mary Lou was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Hudock, and her two brothers, David and Robert Smith.

Private services were held at the Southington Graham Cemetery Chapel.
