Mary Lou Calderon

Mary Lou passed away on Sunday, March 8, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. She was lovingly received into the hands of Our Lord Jesus Christ and welcomed home.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Soylia Gonzales; her father, Valentin Gonzales; and the love of her life, Adrian B. Calderon, Sr. She is survived by her daughter, Nicole K. Maurer, and son-in-law, Sean M. Maurer.

For more than thirty years, her son Curtis Maurice Valentin Calderon was not only her business partner in real estate—together they earned many accolades and awards—but also her devoted companion. After the death of her husband in 2014, Curtis remained by her side through a broken ankle, complete patella replacement, and multiple strokes. In 2021, following three additional strokes, her daughter Nicole returned home permanently to help care for her.

Mary Lou is also survived by her oldest son, who is 65, and his three children: Adrian B. Calderon III, married to Lello Fiumera; Angelique Calderon, married to CJ; and Alex Calderon. She is also survived by her brother, Ronald Gonzales, who is 82.
