She was predeceased by: her parents, Felipe Moncibaiz and Francisca Segovia; and her siblings, Felix Moncibaiz, Jose Angel Moncibaiz, Simon "Sam" Moncibaiz, Gilbert Moncibaiz, Paula Hernandez, Dominga Landeros, Marcelina Gutierrez and Basilisa "Alice" Ruiz.

She is survived by: her husband Nicholas "Nick" Sifuentez; her children, Janice Vega Liros (Sarah Vega Liros), Sylvia Vega, Santos Vega Jr. and Mary Ann Kairouz (Pierre Kairouz); her stepchildren, Ray Alderete (Liz Alderete), Patsy Fletcher, JT Fletcher, Christine Harris (Les Harris), Sandra Trevino (Joe Trevino), Alberta Sifuentez, Elizabeth Koch (Jurgen Koch) and Diana Hurst (Robbie Hurst); and her sisters, Mary Ann Benavidez and Lupe Castillo. She is also survived by her family, especially her 35 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Chapel (1515 S College Ave, Bryan, TX 77801). A rosary will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (507 E 26th St, Bryan, TX 77803).
