She was born on January 8, 1944.Mary was born and raised in Ireland. In 1963 she immigrated to San Francisco alone to meet family at the age of 19, where she met and married her beloved husband, Tim Hennessy, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and partnership. Together they built a family rooted in devotion, faith, and lasting memories. They celebrated their 60th anniversary last year.She was a loving mother to Patrick Hennessy, Teresa Harrison, and Kevin Hennessy, who were the center of her life and greatest pride.Mary will be remembered for her kindness, warmth, and unwavering dedication to her family and community. Her presence brought comfort and joy to those around her, and her love will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew her.She is survived by her loving husband, Tim; her son, Patrick, and his wife, Myrna; her daughter, Teresa; and her son, Kevin, and his wife, April. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Timothy Harrison, Vincent Hennessy and his wife, Katie, and Ryan Hennessy; and by her great-grandson, Hunter Hennessy. Mary is further survived by her siblings, Nora Sheehan, Eileen Donlon, George Murphy, and Con Murphy, as well as many extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her.Her life was a testament to the importance of family, compassion, and quiet strength.To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.
