Mary Frances Day Mayle

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Frances Day Mayle of Aiken, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 8, 2026 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Mayle; her parents, Benjamin Day and Mary Watts Day; her son Gregory Eugene Mayle; and her brothers, Tony, Billy and Robert Day.

She is survived by: her children, Ronald Edward Mayle (Rita) of Winter Haven, FL, Richard Lee Mayle (Cindy) of Aiken, SC, Steven Leroy Mayle (Felicia) of Aiken, SC and Sandra Lynn Brown of Winter Haven, FL. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Clear Water Branch Baptist Church (235 Crooked Creek Rd, Aiken, SC 29805). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Clear Water Branch Baptist Church 235 Crooked Creek Rd Aiken, SC 29805.
