She passed peacefully with her loving family by her side. She was born on January 4, 1940, in Covington, Louisiana.She is survived by her son, Timothy "Timmy" Miller, and his wife, Amy Miller; her grandchildren, James-Patrick Miller, Victoria Dean Moeller, and Kailee Hope Miller; and her great-grandchildren, Grayson David Smitty and Violet Nichole Moeller. She is also survived by her sisters, Vergie Toney (Leon) and Alice "Tiny" Parish, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.She was preceded in death by her son, Dale Miller (Jean); her daughter, Linda Miller; her parents, James D. Knight and Doris Knight; and her brothers, Leonard Knight, August (Willie) Knight, Buddy Knight (Eloise), and Richard Knight (Katherine).Susie will be remembered for her love of family and the kindness she shared with those around her. She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM at E. J. Fielding Funeral Home, 2260 West 21st Avenue, Covington, Louisiana, with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow in Pilgrim Rest Cemetery, 20122 Stafford Road, Covington, Louisiana.Pallbearers will be Clint Knight, Leonard Knight, Drew Toney, Gerald Toney, Steve Cleland, and Guy DuBois.E.
