Mary E. Hinsley, 80, of Taft Street in Cranston, passed away at home surrounded by her loving family on Monday, March 9, 2026. She was the beloved wife of 58 years to John P. Hinsley.
Born in Worcester, Massachusetts, Mary was the daughter of the late Edward and Marion (Taylor) Markowski. She is survived by her two children, Shira Marcure and her husband Jason of Taunton, Massachusetts, and Denis Hinsley of North Providence, Rhode Island. She was the sister of the late Edward Markowski, Joanne Auger, and Robert Markowski.
Mary lived a quiet and devoted life, finding deepest joy in her family. Her gentle presence and steadfast love will be greatly missed by her husband, children, and all who knew her.
