Mary Catherine Robinson

Mary Catherine Robinson, age 78, of Campbellsburg, Kentucky, passed away on March 12, 2026 at her residence. Born on September 4, 1947 in Carrollton, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Clyde William and Mary Willie (Tingle) Comer.

A graduate of Henry County High School, Class of 1965, Mary was a homemaker who found deep contentment in the simple rhythms of home life. She cherished quiet afternoons sitting in her yard, the satisfaction of canning, and above all, caring for her family, especially her beloved grandchildren. A lifelong Baptist, she lived with quiet devotion and steady grace.

She is survived by her husband, Sylvester James Robinson; her four sons, William J. Robinson and his wife Rosetta, Joseph James Robinson and his wife Angie, Daniel Gene Robinson and his wife Marie, all of Bedford, and Clyde Ray Robinson of Port Royal, Kentucky; eight grandchildren; and twenty-six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Irma Jean Watts, her brother William Avery Comer, and her grandson Jamie Robinson.
