Mary Burt Pittman

We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Mary Burt Pittman of Olive Branch, Mississippi, born in Little Rock, Arkansas. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Burt and Mildred Turner Burt; and her husband James Clovis Pittman. She is survived by: her children, James Burt Pittman of Cadaretta, MS, Catherine Stevens of Memphis, TN and Jill P. Hammond (George) of Olive Branch, MS; her grandchildren, Sarah Turner (J. T.), Wes Pittman (Angelica), Cole Pittman (April), Grady Pittman Casey (Mike), Laura Mann (Dave), Drew Williamson (Katie), Benjamin Williamson, Amber Hammond and Amy Connell (Mikel); and her great grandchildren, Ella, Olivia, Sutton, Campbell, Sawyer, Lorelei, Quinn, Eadie Cate, Levi, June, Lydia, Garrett, Chase, Hadley and Bradley. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Broadway Baptist Church (7400 Getwell Rd, Southaven, MS 38672). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 14th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Sunday, March 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Pittman Cemetery.
