Mary Beth Lewis

Mary Beth Lewis, 62, of Millcreek, passed away on March 11, 2026. Born in Erie on March 26, 1963, she was the daughter of the late Elmer W. and Margaret “Peggy” Kuerner Lewis.

Mary graduated from McDowell High School and dedicated more than 25 years of her working life to St. Vincent Health Center. A longtime member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, she found quiet joy in the artistry of cross-stitch and needlepoint.

She is survived by her brothers, Kenneth Lewis and Thomas Lewis (Jane Hume), and her nephew, Karl Lewis.

Throughout her final weeks, Mary was surrounded by the compassionate care of the staff at St. Vincent Health Center and AseraCare Hospice, whose kindness and support were deeply appreciated by her family.
