Mary Ann Boehm

Mary Ann Boehm, née Sheridan, age 75, of Dormont, passed away on Monday, March 9, 2026. Born in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Rita Mae (Kidd) Sheridan. She is survived by her loving son, Sean P. Boehm and his wife Jody; her siblings, Tom Sheridan and his wife Katie, Jim Sheridan and his wife Dee, Pattie Sheridan, and Nancy Berberich and her husband Frank; and many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She is also survived by her long-time friend, Kathy Regan.

A graduate of Elizabeth Seton High School, Mary Ann earned her bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University. She worked for many years as a social worker for the state of Pennsylvania. She enjoyed traveling, attending craft shows, and was an avid shopper, especially with QVC. She was known for her infectious belly laugh and bright smile. Even after moving into assisted living, Mary Ann’s rebellious, mischievous, and stubborn spirit remained delightfully intact, often landing her in minor trouble with fellow residents and staff, who adored her for it.
