Mary Alice Eckley

Mary Alice Eckley of Muir, Michigan, passed away on March 16, 2026. She was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Alberta Spencer; her brother Bobby Spencer; her in-laws Howard and Anna Eckley, Joyce DeBoer, Stanley Eckley, Walter and Wanda Eckley, Dorothy and Ron Fletcher, and Don Moore; her niece Bobbie Moore; and her dear friends Merrill and Dorothy Payment.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Roger Eckley; her children, Tammy Clements and Bill, Sherry Rohn and Craig, Roger Eckley and Nichole, James Eckley and Cynthia Chapin, Duc Le, and Thu Nguyen; her siblings, Billy Spencer and Lil, and Nancy Moore; her grandchildren, Nicole White and Chris, Curtis Osborne and Jess, Shanna Eckley, Jason Eckley and Erika, Leslie Mayo, Zack Eckley and Grace, Andrew Eckley, Scarlette Eckley, Trammie Le Casianov and Claudiu, and Bevin Le; and her beloved pet Buddy. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Mary Alice lived a life centered on family, finding deep joy in her role as wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her quiet strength and steadfast love left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
