Mary A. Wentworth

Mary A. Wentworth, 90, of Franklin, died on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 in Sugar Creek Care Center.Born Oct. 1, 1935, in Franklin, she was the daughter of Grover and Dora Mae DeLong Shoffstall.She lived in Cooperstown while raising her daughters and eventually moved to Sugarcreek, spending much of her time on Causeway Drive. She loved taking care of her little dogs, going for walks, and watching the birds.She is survived by her granddaughter Abbey Hudson, two grandsons, and four great-grandchildren.She was proceeded in death by her two daughters Deb Hudson and Linda Wentworth, and granddaughter Brooke (Wentworth) Brown.In accordance with her wishes, there will be no visitation.Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Huff-Guthrie Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. 312 W Park St. Franklin, PA 16323.The family would like to thank the staff at Sugar Creek Care Center for taking care of her in the last years of her life.Online condolences may be sent to the family by visiting www.huffguthrie.com.
