He was predeceased by: his parents, Landon Varnado and Esther Varnado; and his sister Karen Little. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Lynn Varnado; his children, Tommy Varnado (Kayla) and Missy Hudgins (Clay); and his stepchildren, Christi Haley, Angela Haley and Rusty Banks. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; along with other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tangipahoa Baptist Church (7555 Thompson Rd, Summit, MS 39664). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
