He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Long and Sue Long; his wife Timmie Long; and his brother Tracy Long. He is survived by: his children, Krystin Rogers (Justin), Chelsea Polanco (John) and Kyle Long (Mandy); and his grandchildren, Ethan, Camden, Hayden, Blake, Logan, Lucas, Kason, John Ray, Eli, Nolan and Jaycee.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 16th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Trinity Baptist Temple (6045 Wj Boaz Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76179). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
