Martin John Haloda
June 26, 1944— March 4, 2026
Savannah, GA
Rincon – Martin John Haloda, born on June 26, 1944 in McKeesport, Pennsylvania was sent to his eternal home on March 4, 2026 at Pruitt Health - Savannah.
Marty, as he was known, was a light in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. His journey on this earth was one marked by love, compassion, and unwavering faith in God. His passing has left a void in the hearts of his family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by him. We ask that you remember him not for the way his life ended, but for the way it was lived, and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing him.
He served in the US Army during Vietnam War. After retiring from Gulfstream Aerospace, he assisted many individuals with taxes. Outside of work, he found joy in golfing, flying, cruising, and he never missed an opportunity to lend a helping hand. He was also a member of St. Boniface Catholic Church.
He is survived and missed by his wife, Gloria Haloda; daughters, Faith Ann Griffith (David), Christine Haloda (Gabe Gomez), and Mary Ann Haloda; a sister, Victoria Miller; a grandson, Ryan Tyler Griffith; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Martin & Stella Haloda; his brothers, Lawrence, Joseph, and Vincent Haloda.
