It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Martie Wickline of Pearisburg, Virginia, who passed away on March 6, 2026, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James (Jim); her siblings, Judy Meredith and James Johnston Jr. (Jimmy); her sister-in-law Betty Johnston; and her siblings' children, Greg, Johnny Meredith and Tammy Meredith.

She is survived by: her sons, Doug Wickline (Xenia) and James Johnston (Mary); her grandsons, José Wickline and Easton Johnston; her brother-in-law John Meredith; her cousins, Mary Ann Siroky and Elsie Morris; her friend Angel Elliot; her caregiver Erin; Lisa and Robie. She is also survived by family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and at 3:00 PM at the Deep River Chapel (Formerly Pearisburg Christ Fellowship). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at the same location.
