Martha Perry

Martha Perry, age 66, of Taunton, passed away on March 12, 2026 at Hopehealth Hulitar Hospice Center in Providence after a battle with pancreatic cancer.

Born and raised in Taunton, Martha graduated from Taunton High School, the daughter of the late John and Caroline (Dias) Perry. Before her illness, she worked at Home Depot, where she found special joy in the garden department.

Martha cherished simple pleasures that brought her happiness. She loved spending time at the beach, watching videos of gorillas and monkeys on YouTube, listening to music with a particular fondness for Michael Jackson, and enjoying Kung Fu movies. Above all, she treasured quiet moments in her new apartment, which she adored, simply hanging out with her family and friends.

She leaves behind her loving children, Jermaine and Jasmine Perry, her granddaughter Justyce Perry, and many nieces and nephews whom she cherished as an aunt. She was the sister of Bobby Lopes, Loretta Perry, Yvonne Lopes, Roy Perry, Donald Perry, Roger Perry, Alfred Perry, and Larry Perry. She was predeceased by her siblings Troy Perry, Joseph Perry, Carl Perry, Arthur Perry, Robert Perry, Caroline Perry, Ronald Perry, Lena Perry, John Perry, Albert Monterio, and Joanne Tillman.
