She was predeceased by: her parents, E. Paul Williams and Nellie Mabele Williams (Ford); her husband Oley Noah; her parents-in-law, Oley Sr. and Zelma Noah; and her brothers, Paul Williams, Slim Williams and Stan Williams.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Noah (Diane) of Moberly, Missouri and Angela "Angie" Collins (John) of Brookfield, Missouri; her grandchildren, Vanessa Knaebel of Kansas City, Alisha Pinkerton (Craig) of O'Fallon, Constance Achele (Zack) of Washington, D. C., Houston Noah of Moberly, Desiree Pezley (Ryan) of Mexico, Damon Collins (Mary) of Princeton, Derek Collins (Amber) of Marceline, Dalyn Presley (Ryan) of Mexico and Dexter Collins of Brookfield; and her great grandchildren, Gabi Sewell, Maxx, Maelyn, McCoy Achele, Kaleb, Adelyn Noah, Luke, Ella, Oley, Brix Pezley, Kinsley, Kasen, Kennedy Collins, Albert Joseph, Addy Collins, Evelyn and Vollie Presley. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Delaney Funeral Home (1720 N Missouri Ave, Marceline, MO 64658). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions to the Bethany Baptist Church may be left at or mailed to Delaney Funeral Home 1720 North Missouri Ave. Marceline, MO 64658.
